What Are Do's And Don't On The Internet

Internet has influenced our educational institutes, our workplaces – even our own selves are being greatly influenced by the Internet. With the ever-increasing interaction of humans with Internet a need was deeply felt by the concerned people of the society to define a set of rules. Netiquette is a portmanteau of Internet Etiquettes and have been defined by IETF (Internet Engineering Task Force). The Netiquette guidelines were released as early as 1994 when even the World Wide Web was not invented. This document was designed to spread awareness about data thefts on the Internet. One of the principle reasons involved in the development of netiquettes was the need to have polite and sophisticated communication over the internet between the users.
