Deepak Chopra’s Leela Kinect Game is broken up into 3 sections — Movements, Sequences and Mandala. The movements are one of the bigger sections but I’ll get to those in a minute. Sequences are a pre-determined sequence of 3 of the movements that you play one right after another focusing on a group of chakra’s instead of working on one at a time. Your mandala, is a representation of yourself or your energy via a symbol.
